Welcome to Perfect Language Net. To protect your rights, before you register please read all the contents
of this agreement. When you press the " Agree " key you will be regarded as having already read this
agreement and having agreed to compile with the associated rules.
當會員進入達鎂語文網站使用各項服務時，即表示接受會員規範及注意事項之約束，並
遵守當地之法律規定。
2. 服務之停止與更改
達鎂語文網保有審核申請會員資格之權利。無論何種情形，就停止、 更改服務或終止
會員服務所可能產生之困擾或損害，達鎂對任何會員或第三人均不負任何責任。
3. 為維護會員自身權益，請勿將帳號密碼洩露、提供、出借或轉讓予第三人使用。
4. 會員同意並保證不公佈或傳送任何不法、不實、攻擊性、毀謗、威脅、不雅、猥 褻或侵
害他人智慧財產權的文字、圖片或任何形式的檔案於達鎂語文網站上。
5. 會員同意不會於達鎂語文網站上從事廣告或販賣商品等商業行為。任何所牽涉的 交易等
皆與本網站無關。
6. 禁止從事違反法律規定之行為
達鎂語文網就會員的行為是否符合會員規範，有最終決定權。若達鎂決定會員的行為違反
本會員規範或任何法令時，會員同意達鎂得隨時停止會員帳號使用權或清除會員帳號。
When you enter Perfect Language Net to use its various services you are regarded as having
accepted the restrictions of members' rules, points for attention and also local laws.
2. Service stoppage and change
Perfect Language Net reserves the right to check the qualifications of applicants. Perfect will
not be liable to members, or to any third party, for any trouble or losses caused by service
stoppage, change or termination.
3. To protect the interests of members please do not reveal, supply, lend or transfer the account
number or code to others.
4.Members agree to refrain from showing or disseminating any text, picture or other form of file
that is illegal, untrue, aggressive, slanderous, threatening, unwholesome, indecent or harmful
to others.
5. Members agree to refrain from placing adverts, selling goods or other commercial activity on
Perfect Language Net. Any such transaction or related matters are unrelated to this website.
6. Illegal behavior is prohibited
Perfect has the right to be the final arbiter about whether a member's behavior meets
membership rules. If Perfect decides that a member is in breach of membership rules or any
law, the member agrees that Perfect can cancel the member's right to use their number or
delete the member's number at any time.
